Methodology |
A judicious mix of lectures, case discussions, experience sharing, simulations and role-playing shall form part of the methodology. The participants would develop an action-plan for implementation at the end of the workshop. |

| The Participants |
The participants of the workshop shall be Principals and owner managers of the schools desirous of sharpening their managerial skills and competencies. Senior teachers and administrators who are currently participating in the management of the school and those likely to do so in the near future may also participate in the workshop. |

| Program Dates and Venue |

The program shall be organized at IIT. Delhi from December 27-30, 2010. |

The program shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on 27 December 2010 and close at 5 p.m. on 30 December 2010. |

The program shall be held in the Syndicate room of the department of Management Studies, 4 floor, Vishwakarma Bhawan, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, IIT Delhi, New Delhi-110016. |

| Accommodation |
Accommodation in the IIT Guest House shall be made available as per actual cost to the participants desirous of the same on first come first serve basis. Fee Rs. 15,000/- (non residential) per participant. The fee would include course materials, stationery and working lunch/tea/coffee during the breaks. The guest house charges for accommodation shall be borne directly by the participants. |

| Registration
Fees |
Participants are to be nominated by their organizations. The last date of receiving the duly filled nomination forms along with Cheque/Demand Drafts drawn in favour of “IIT Delhi” payable at New Delhi is 18th December 2010. The dully filled nomination form along with the Cheque/Demand Drafts may be sent to Dr.Harish Choudhry, 507, Department of Management Studies, Vishwakarma Bhawan, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, IIT Delhi, New Delhi-110016. |
